Who’s ready for a challenge this weekend? The Culver City FitFest is the perfect chance to get off the couch and see just how in or out of shape you really are! The workshop is designed to get the people of Culver City moving and exercising during the holiday months.

The event is open to people of all ages and blends physical challenges, education, and the art of fitness together for a day of health conscious fun. The fun starts with a warm up and stretch, which is always an important component of a workout and moving into small group exercises that includes a trampoline, tumble track, floor tumbling and much more.  For more information about the FitFest, which takes place at the Culver City Health & Fitness Center This Sunday from 12pm to 3pm, check out the links below.
