Tree lightings might be the best part of the holiday season. These events can be magical, not only for children, but for adults as well. Culver City will be hosting its annual tree lighting celebration on Thursday, December 1st at 6pm at the downtown plaza. The fun is set to feature the Culver City High School AVPA Chamber Singers, La Ballanoa Folklore, and an elementary school choir.

The city will serve FREE cider, cocoa, and other yummy holiday treats. Members of the city council will be present, and even Santa Claus will make a quick appearance. The lighting is free and open to the public, and Free 1 hour parking will be available at the downtown structure. However, be sure to show up early, as this event continues to be a popular one in the Culver City area and will get packed quickly.
