Parkway Plaza Apartments is pleased to announce its selection to the 2017 Elite 1% ORA^TM Power Rankings of multi-family properties for online reputation.

Powered by premier multifamily housing industry research firm J Turner Research, the ORA^TM Power Rankings highlights properties nationwide that achieved a minimum ORA (Online Reputation Assessment) score of 88 and have at least 15 online reviews across various review sites. Using a statistical model, a single score based on a scale of 0 to 100 is assigned to each property. This score serves as a benchmark to compare and contrast a company’s individual properties and portfolios nationally, regionally, and against the competition. More than 71,000 properties are extensively researched, with just 977 total properties making the final list.
